Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026 · Operator: [Company legal name], [address], Florida, USA · Contact: /support
Plain-language summary (not a substitute for the full Terms): this is a study tool. It is not legal advice, not an official exam resource, not a state-approved course, and passing is never guaranteed. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel online at any time.
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms and the Privacy Policy form a binding agreement between you and the operator named above ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the service for a school or business, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for it. You consent to receive required notices and sign agreements electronically (the federal E-SIGN Act and the Florida Uniform Electronic Transaction Act).
2. What the service is
RDCMNATION REAL ESTATE ACADEMY provides practice questions, lessons, mock exams, flashcards, calculators, study planning, class tools for teachers, and help bots, to help people prepare for the Florida real estate sales associate exam.
3. What the service is not
- Not legal advice. The content is general educational material. We are not a law firm and no attorney-client relationship is created. Do not rely on it for a real transaction; consult a licensed Florida attorney or your supervising broker.
- Not a state-approved school. Unless we tell you otherwise in writing, we are not a school approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC). Our lessons and practice do not satisfy the 63-hour pre-licensing requirement, post-licensing education, or continuing education. You must complete required education with an approved provider.
- Not affiliated. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), the FREC, or any testing provider. Their names are used only to describe the subject matter.
- No exam content. Our questions are original practice questions. We do not provide, and you must not submit or request, actual exam questions or confidential testing materials.
- No guarantee. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam, earn a license, or achieve any result. Statutes, rules, rates and exam content change; content may contain errors or be out of date. Verify current Florida Statutes (including Chapters 475 and 760) and FREC rules. Your score or Pass Plan in the app is an estimate for study purposes only.
4. Accounts
Provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; do not share accounts. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. Teachers are responsible for using class tools appropriately and for any consents their institution requires.
5. Free trial, subscriptions and automatic renewal
Free trial. New accounts may receive a free trial. When a trial ends you keep your account and progress, but paid features may be limited until you subscribe.
Paid plans and automatic renewal. Paid plans (student monthly, student annual, teacher class plan) are billed in advance and renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price until you cancel. The price and billing period are shown at checkout before you pay, and we will give advance notice of price changes. By subscribing you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
Renewal reminders. For annual plans we send a reminder by email before the renewal date, with instructions to cancel.
How to cancel. You can cancel online at any time in the app under Account > Manage billing, with no need to call or email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you keep access until then, unless the refund policy below says otherwise.
Refunds. [Refund policy: describe here.] Nothing in this section limits any refund or cancellation right you have under applicable law.
Taxes. Prices may be shown before applicable taxes; any taxes required by law will be added at checkout.
6. Acceptable use
Do not: misuse or interfere with the service; attempt to break security or access others' data; scrape, copy, or republish the question bank or lessons; resell or share access; upload unlawful or infringing content; use bots or automation to abuse the service; or use the help bots to obtain advice you should get from a licensed professional. We may suspend access for violations.
7. Content, license and ownership
We and our licensors own the service, software, questions, lessons and design. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for your own exam preparation (or, for teachers, classroom instruction for your enrolled students). You own the information you put in your account; you give us permission to host and process it to provide the service. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the service without obligation to you. If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact us through the support page with the details needed to identify it.
8. Third-party services
The service relies on third parties such as hosting, payment (Stripe), email delivery, and an optional weather forecast service. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control. Links to outside sites are provided for convenience only.
9. Teachers and schools
If you join a class, your teacher can see your display name and study metrics as described in the Privacy Policy. Teachers must not use the service to collect information they are not entitled to collect and must obtain any consents their institution requires.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we and our owners, employees and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost exam fees, or lost licensing or employment opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or $100 if you paid nothing). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so these may not apply to you in full. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us against third-party claims, and related reasonable costs, arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Governing law and disputes
Florida law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and applicable federal law. Before filing a claim, please contact us through the support page and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. Any lawsuit must be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving [County] County, Florida, and you and we consent to that venue and jurisdiction, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. Nothing here removes any right you have under Florida consumer protection law (including the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act).
14. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Account. We may suspend or end access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, security reasons, or if we discontinue the service (with a pro-rata refund of any prepaid period if we discontinue it). Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give notice in the app or by email before they take effect, and the "Last updated" date above will change. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect; continuing to use the service afterward means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Accessibility
We aim to make the service usable by everyone, including with keyboards and screen readers, and audio options for people who prefer not to read. If something is hard to use, tell us and we will work with you on an alternative.
17. General
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the service. If any part is unenforceable the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them with a sale or reorganization of the business. Notices to you may be sent to your account email; notices to us go through the support page.
